Irish Flute

The Irish flute is a simple system, keyless wooden flute with a conical bore typically made from materials such as African blackwood, rosewood, or boxwood. It has six finger holes and a larger embouchure hole which the player blows air across to produce sound. The Irish flute is similar in appearance to the classical concert flute but with both keyed and keyless versions.
